2014/15 Financial Information

Dear Board of Trustees,

We conducted our audit in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America and standards applicable to financial audits contained in Government Auditing Standards, issued by the Comptroller General of the United States of America. In our opinion, the consolidated financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the consolidated financial position of Northwest New Jersey Community Action Program, Inc. (NORWESCAP) as of August 31, 2015, and the changes in its net assets and its cash flows for the year then ended in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United of States of America. In our opinion, the information set forth in the selected financial data below presents fairly, in all material respects, in relation to the complete consolidated financial statements from which it has been derived.
