NORWESCAP’s administrative cost is less than 5 cents on every dollar! Programs receive funding from a variety of sources including federal and state funding. Programs often must face the challenges of the demand for services without any additional funding, and in some cases, funding reductions. Donations from the community help to ease this burden. If you would like to provide a donation, please mail checks to the Administrative Offices located at 350 Marshall Street, Phillipsburg, NJ 08865, Attn: Terry Newhard, Executive Director. If you would like your donation designated to a particular program, please indicate the program you wish your dollars to support. More specific program requests can be viewed at our Wish List page.
