| Housing and Energy Services NORWESCAP Housing and Energy Services provides the following programs and services: LIHEAP (Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program), Weatherization Assistance Program, USF (Universal Service Fund), and other programs to assist low income individuals and families with their heating & cooling costs. There are also several housing projects that are aimed at providing safe and affordable housing to low-income families.
ECHO Housing A 620 square foot modular home on a temporary foundation to provide the benefits of independent living with the support of the family environment for the elderly occupant. [details] Safe Housing This program provides security measures, accessibility improvements, and home repairs for elderly individuals to enhance the health, safety, and well being of the individual(s).
