NORWESCAP offers three programs to help low-income individuals and families leave behind poverty and begin the path of building assets and achieving wealth accumulation. A series of economic literacy classes are available in the evenings and are free to interested individuals.


Family Loan Program
Helping working families remain employed by providing access to capital.

To promote savings and education resulting in financial independence.

A training program for disabled or disadvantaged who wish to gain skills in the agriculture, management or sales industries.
