NORWESCAP offers a variety of programs that focus on providing services to children for their development and happiness. There are programs that can assist and improve the quality of child care, programs that provide a curriculum that promotes literacy and enhances the child’s overall development growth within a positive nurturing environment.


Child and Family Resource Services
NORWESCAP Child and Family Resource Services is the educational and financial resource center for families and the child care community. Child and Family Resource Services enables the community to access a broad range of services for children and families.
