Dear Board of Trustees,
I conducted my audit in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America and standards applicable to financial audits contained in Government Auditing Standards, issued by the Comptroller General of the United States of America. In my opinion, the financial statements present fairly, in all materials, the financial position of Northwest New Jersey Community Action Program, Inc. (NORWESCAP) as of August 31, 2005.
