HOW TO BECOME INVOLVED

CIRCLE ALLIES

It is the goal of NORWESCAP and the Circles™ initiative to have the community completely engaged in this model.  There are many ways to become involved and volunteer.
If you are interested in supporting an individual to move out of poverty and help change the mindset of the community you may be interested in becoming a Circle Ally.

A Circle Ally is a volunteer engaged in an intentional relationship with a Circle Leader to help the Circle Leader work on their plan to achieve their personal goals.  The guidelines are set by training provided through the Bridges out of Poverty book.

After successful completion of the trainings, Allies come together at Weekly Community Meetings to provide support and networking for each Circle Leader.

To learn more about Allies, please download the Ally Job Description.

If you are interested in volunteering, but can not make the weekly commitment of an Ally, other volunteer opportunities exist.  Contact info@norwescap.org to learn more.
