The Horizon Foundation for New Jersey has awarded the Family Success Center (FSC) with a grant to facilitate a summer arts program in Phillipsburg. This grant will support the Shining Stars Art Education. A play will be performed at the Phillipsburg High School in early August, 2013 so stay tuned for the details…
