NewsNORWESCAP Circles expands its outreach to Military familiesCircles expands its outreach inviting military families to participate in the upcoming “Pathways to Success” class scheduled to begin on January 4th. Sussex County Circles Director Dianna Morrison said, since 2004, multiple studies on military spouse employment have shown that military spouses make an average of $10,500 per year less than civilians and the unemployment rate for military spouses is three times higher than civilian spouses.
